We are pleased to introduce Coyotes Skills Academy… ‘CSA’

CSA is skill-based training held throughout the year specifically dedicated to fostering deeper individual skill and position development.  By improving player technique and ‘amping up’ the number of REPS to properly build a successful foundation of individual lacrosse skills.

Through highly specialized positional training, with detailed instruction and high repetition, our players will elevate their game on an individual basis.

What’s different

  • CSA is focused on the individual player and not the team.
  • This is a deeper dive on individual skills, positional understanding and Lax IQ.
  • CSA is specialized skill based training to take players’ individual games to the next level.
  • With the launch of the CSA, the focus is on YOU, the INDIVIDUAL PLAYER!

Why this matters

Lacrosse at its core is a game of match-ups and trying to exploit those match-ups; for example the best Offenses have 6 guys that can dodge, create and finish.  To exploit match-ups, on either side of the ball you need to have the IQ, skills and techniques.

We will focus on proper technique and how to execute with speed and consistency.
